- It's 3 tsp of Salt.
- It's 600 grams of Pasta (any kind, I recommend Penne or Fusilli).

- It's 2 can of Plum Tomatoes in Tomato sauce.
- It's 3 clove of Garlic.
- It's 100 ml of Olive oil.
- Prepare 1 pinch of Salt.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Paprika.
- It's 2 tbsp of Tomato puree.
Authentic Italian Tomato Pasta instructions
- Heat olive oil in thick bottom pan to medium high heat.
- Make x marks in back of garlic cloves and lightly fry in the oil.
- Once garlic begins to take colour reduce heat to low to simmer, add both cans of tomatoes, break the tomatoes up with a fork.
- Add Tomato puree and salt.
- Continue to simmer sauce for 40-60 minutes.
- Boil water, add pasta to a new pot, cover well with water, boil pasta till al dente, that is, just before soft, pasta will continue to cook out upon adding sauce.
