- Preheat your Oven to 170ºC.
- Mix Together Flour, Sugar, Salt, Yeast and Herb Mix.
- Slowly Add the Water til you get a dough (you can use a bread maker to mix if you have one)..
- Knead the Stuffing out of your dough for 5 minutes. You can also use your bread maker for this step and the next one..
- Knead in your Parmesan and 1 cup of the Monzerella..
- Make your bread into an oblong shape and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top..
- Leave to rise a bit for 5 minutes..
- Finally place in your oven for 45 minutes. Take out and enjoy :-).
